Service writers see their own orders. BDC sees all orders and assigns them to writers. Managers can also delete any order and open this screen, and can switch people between Service writer and BDC. Directors can also make and remove managers. Developers have full access and are the only ones who can assign directors; the developer role itself can only be changed in Supabase. Nobody can change their own role. To add or remove a login, use Authentication → Users in Supabase. New logins show up here automatically.
